Terms and Conditions
Brewers' Guardian is sold on the following conditions: –
1. All rights reserved; no part of this publication may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise without either the prior written permission of the Publisher or under terms of a licence issued by the Copyright Licensing Agency (90 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1P 9HE, UK) or rights organisations in other countries that have reciprocal agreements with the Copyright Licensing Agency.
2. All abstracting of the data for republication and sale must have prior written permission from the Publisher.
3. That it will not be circulated without prior agreement with the Publisher outside the staff who work at the address to which it is sent.
4.While information is compiled with all due care, Advantage Publishing Ltd will not be liable for the consequences of anyone acting or refraining from acting in reliance on any information.
5. The subscription period will normally begin only when full payment has been received.
6. Unpaid accounts referred to a third party for recovery will incur collection costs for which the customer will be liable.
7. No refund will be made in the event of any cancellation by the customer.
