All book orders must be pre-paid. We welcome payment by Visa or Mastercard. Bank Transfer is also accepted - please contact us for details. Alternatively, a pro forma invoice can be issued.
Every effort is made to ensure earliest possible delivery of books, but please be aware that it can take up to 28 days for delivery.
Given that many of the books are reference titles or technical manuals, from time to time the book may be out of print or discontinued. If the book can be reordered we will retain your order until it can be filled; if the book is no longer published we will issue a refund.
