Simon Gilgrist

Simon has worked in the drinks industry for over 20 years and is looking for a position within a small to medium sized operation, either in the United Kingdom or overseas.

My name is Simon Gilgrist and I have worked in the drinks industry (primarily brewing, but also cider-making, distilling and soft drinks manufacture) for the past 20+ years with qualifications in brewing and food science. My key areas of responsibilities have been technical and manufacturing improvements, however I have a major passion for new products and ingredients used in ales and real ciders.

Ideally I am looking for a role within a small to medium sized drinks operation where I could continue to develop my skills across the entire scope of the business. I would like to have some key involvement in the manufacturing and product development aspects.

I would be willing to relocate anywhere in the United Kingdom and would also like to work in a foreign country as there are lots of exciting and innovative products being produced in craft breweries, especially in Australia and New Zealand.

My contact details are shown below and my CV can be viewed by clicking on the link below. Please feel free to contact me at anytime.

Thank you for taking the time to review my details and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future,
