CEO Roper: supply chain expanding in complexity

Quincy B Troupe joins at end of January

Boston Beer Company has a new head for its supply chain issues. Quincy B Troupe will be joining America’s largest craft brewer in late January.

Boston Beer chief executive Martin Roper commented, “Quincy’s experience in overseeing the supply chain for business units of respected food and beverage companies will be a great addition to the company’s leadership team.

“This is particularly important as our supply chain and the diversity of our offerings continue to expand and becomes more complex.”

Troupe’s CV boasts extensive relevant experience, most recently with the Pepperidge Farm Division of Campbell Soup, where he served as vice president for manufacturing and supply chain strategy. Prior to this, from 201-13, he was VP, supply chain, for Campbell North America.

Prior to joining Campbell, Troupe served in various senior operational roles with Mars, Inc. from 1997 through 2010.
