Eric Toft was born under a wandering star, an American who came to germany and
mastered the language from scratch so he could study at Weihenstephan. Today,
after stops in Belgium and in the United Kingdom, he is brewmaster at Private
Landbrauerei Schonram, a 55,000hl rural Bavarian brewery.
