Go west young man and woman. Geoff and Marcy Larson opened the Alaskan Brewing Company in 1986, born out of a shared passion for wilderness adventure and for beer. Today, Alaskan is a force in US craft brewing, amongst the country's 20 largest producers. Brewers' Guardian spoke to Geoff during judging for the Brewing Industry International Awards 2011.
