Our latest interview takes us to the Orkney Islands to meet Rob Hill of Highland Brewery. From May/June 2011 edition.

In an old creamery on the remote Orkney Islands off the northern coast of Scotland, Rob Hill and his son Lewis are quietly brewing competition-winning beers. After leaving the islands' other brewery, Rob decided to take the difficult option - he stuck around. The Highland Brewery Company now struggles to make beer fast enough.
